Going nuts. Too many wasted hours so far. Directv streaming documentation is crap & probably worse. Harmony controls sound with directv streaming with samsung smart tv. Cannot get streaming remote to also control sound. Cannot get streaming remote to switch to samsung tv. Any help appreciated

We have Direct TV and it's getting a little costly. Is the Streaming option worth it or is there a lot of problems using it? Is it easy to use for an 83 yr old? What should I be aware of?

I’ve been running a 4k Apple TV along side a Gemini on the same TV. Both are hard wired via Ethernet. Picture seems better on Apple TV, channels change instantly on the Apple TV (no expanding line while loading) and Apple TV is faster, including the guide loading. The speed difference is very notice
