Got the new dtv Gemini upgrade for free with extending my contract. This replaced a genie mini 4k that was sent back when Gemini came in. The Gemini is trash. Turns off on its own ( yes energy save is turned off) and there is no rhyme or reason to when it happens. Apps buffer and never had the issue

The tv said signal loss in the middle of watching my show. the other tv is fine. All cables were chk’d

I have a Directv genie remote RC73 and I got a new Samsung soundbar HW-Q59CT and it won’t pair and that model isn’t recognized in the paring list.

We have a Prevost RV with Direct TV currently installed. We would like to upgrade the antenna/dish to one that receives HD signals. What are the options?

Why after all of these years has DirecTV not figured out a way to replace the box, without loosing all of your recordings, settings and your recording manager setting. I know it is just a hard drive. They can be backed up and restores, or moved one one box to another. It is very frustrating.

Tech installed new gemini equipment in my house today. My living room tv has a Sony soundbar and apple tv connected to it. He can get the tv to work but cannot change inputs for apple tv and the soundbar has no sound coming out of it. They are both connected thru HDMI cables to tv. Everything worked
