Previous button not working correct when on a DVR movie I gave a Gemini and it’s happening on both tv’s I’ve been waiting for over a month resetting doesn’t work neither did a new remote can I get a ETA for this bug fix

Is there any way to get a view of stuff recorded on my dvr that may have come from a video recorder and not from the TV channels. I have a tremendous amount of background playing on my tv

Both my DirecTV remotes work fine on the living room receiver, but neither works on my bedroom receiver. Not sure what you call it, but the receiver in the bedroom is the smaller receiver, which I refer to as the child. Any ideas? James
