DIRECTV STREAM Setup & Equipment

On Friday evening 2/23/2024 ALL of my library recordings disappeared ( except the series i was watching at the time). Even newly recorded shows are gone.  I am paying for unlimited storage. both set top devices and my laptop impacted.   I have reset my direct stream tv top boxes with

My remote will adjust the volume but will not turn on/off my Hisense TV ( it does ctrl power on the Directv box). I tried to program again but still nothing.

Unless I am very fast, the blue box that shows the digits you are entering into your remote when changing channels disappears and I have to start over. Is there anyway to make the time you get to change channels longer?

When will DirecTV Stream provide an app for the Nvidia Shield. The Shield is one of the top streaming devices and it is ridiculous that it doesn't run DirecTV. 

I want to make sure I understand the streaming rules with Directv Streaming service. I have my residence where I have at least 6 smart tvs.  I understand that I can watch something on each tv at the same time? They all are connected to the same internet network. Am I correct on this? Second,

My Gemini receiver has a solid blue light and reboots every few minutes or so but never gets past the screen with the arrow moving left to right. I tried reset using the red button. Unplugging and rebooting the router. No change. This just started today.
