How to delete in Sync shows

How does someone delete shows that were migrated or show "in Sync" when service was initiated from ATT Uverse? There is no option found for delete?  I have yet to find the delete/trash bin at the end of episodes.  I hope they aren't there forever!  LOL.

Audio Issues and Interruptions of service

Direct TV stream with Firestick, the audio keeps cutting out frequently, especially when using the DVR. Also, I we get many interruptions stating the network is heavily congested try again later.
