I'm probably signing up. can I ask a few questions?

The reason I'm signing up is that it's the only service that seems to offer both MSG and TCM.
Fubu doesnt offer any of TCM, TBS, TNT. and Youtube/Hulu dont offer MSG. So I'm stuck.
I think I need the choice plan for $90. Streaming not satellite

I'd like to use the service in two locations, as I spend most weekends away.
But it would still be being used by others so I want it to work in both locations.
Will i be able to have two streams, perhaps at the same time in two separate locations or do i need to purchase some extra like family or unlimited screens?
also, should i get the DIRECTTV streaming device or will the app be sufficient?

thanks

You can use the service anywhere you have an internet connection. When out of your home though, you are limited to 3 streams of which only 2 can be used for streaming devices with the 3rd for mobile devices. There are no family plan. Details located here

The app on any supported device is sufficient to watch.  However, the DirecTV streaming device uses a remote that offers direct access to channels (it has a numeric keypad) and some other "shortcuts" - it is a more cable-like experience.  The other devices don't offer those - you will (mostly) need to go to channels through the program guide, and some other features will need to be accessed using multiple button presses and/or through menus.  If that doesn't seem necessary for you, then any of the supported devices should be fine.
