Can not get DIRECTV remote to control 75” TCL tv. Have tried scrolling through the “unknown model” section. 15 different codes. Have tried manual entry 11756 and 12434

While watching a sports telecast my receiver prompts “watch in 4K” or “dismiss” If 4K is selected it locks up my receiver. Black screen with occasional flash of picture. Cannot exit this situation without resetting the entire genie system. Is there a simple solution?

How would I go around using 1 remote to change the channel for multiple routers that aren’t next to each other. So basically setting the all the receiver signals to 1 remote. If it changes all channels at the same time, that also works fine.

I am not a techie, so please don't laugh at my questions. I have an old HR 24 500 Receiver used the most with my main Samsung tv in the great room, and have 2 D12-700 boxes connected to old non-flat screen tvs.  I plan to replace one of those very old tvs with a new flat screen tv (not sure ye
