I am getting a”U-verse not available at this time. Please try again later.” Restart Receiver. I have restarted a ad and reset my router several times and reset my DVR several times over the last 2 hours. Will I ever get my U-verse back again?

How can I transfer my ATT Uverse TV to my new house down the street?

I currently have ATT Uverse TV. I have purchased a new home down the street from my current home and would like transfer my UVerse TV service to the new home. My service (U-verse and Internet) periods end the 28th of each month, with the bill due THE FOLLOWING month on the 7th day. IF I want to cancel mid month, what will I be charged? Is there a proration of service charges for a partial month, or do I get stuck paying the whole month?
