How do I turn off the are you still watching message on my direct TV stream on my television. I don't see the eco mode or any of the other stuff people suggested to try.

The app is way too sensitive on all remote presses. Push up arrow once it thinks u pushed it twice. Every button is super sensitive. timing need to be changed to increase delay. All Other apps work perfectly, so only DtV stream. Pwr off tv doesnt help. Everything on newest firmware / version. Uninst

The app will load and the guide works as it should but when a channel is selected it will not play. App and TV are updated any the app works fine on same network using Apple TV and Stream app on Sony tv.
