Sudden Decline In Volume

I suspect that this has SOMETHING to do with the latest Windows update, which did the same thing to my laptop. I solved that problem by turning off the "audio enhancements" on the page pictured. I realize that this doesn't help you solve THIS problem, which I share. My volume is now up to 75, from 5, three days ago.

I have posted this to help DTV realize that there IS, in fact, a problem, regardless of whether they realize it yet. The issue affects volume in unexpected and variable ways. My theory is that Windows 11 is used at DirecTV, at some point in the transmission process, and is affecting content BEFORE it arrives at the Gemini and Osprey devices.

I started have the same problem on my LG TV about 10 days ago. Whereas I had kept the volume level at 10-11, now for the same channels and shows the volume needs to be at 15-16.  It happens to all my TVs. I’ve made no setup changes. I thought I lost my hearing!

@BravoAlphaFox switch to dolby audio in your Gemini device audio settings. That will fix it for now
