I have been noticing the close caption has gotten a lot worse. There are fragmented sentences and incomplete sentences. Often there is no close captioning at all. Closed captioning used to be pretty reliable. Now it’s as if there’s someone that does not care or they are inexperienced.

My Direct TV is stuck on 1 channel and I can not get the guide to appear either

The apps on my smartv like disney+, prime video etc. do not work. I get a connection error. I have Directv service . I reset the router and I reset the smart hub receiver. I don't know what cable is not connected. What could be wrong.

Do I need to have internet when I'm having direct tv installed?

Is there any way to get a view of stuff recorded on my dvr that may have come from a video recorder and not from the TV channels. I have a tremendous amount of background playing on my tv

where can I find the rental history

Both my DirecTV remotes work fine on the living room receiver, but neither works on my bedroom receiver. Not sure what you call it, but the receiver in the bedroom is the smaller receiver, which I refer to as the child. Any ideas? James
