Cannot delete programs from my Directv App playlist

I cannot delete programs from my directv app playlist. When I press delete, it says program cannot be deleted. When I go my DVR list on TV, the program is not on the playlist but still appears on app playlist and cannot be deleted. My playlist does not refresh on the app now either.I also no longer

Unable to see any options when I go to settings

I like to be able to turn closed captioning on and off for different shows. However, now when I go to menu and scroll down to settings there are no options available. Can't cancel service

DirecTV won't let me cancel! It's bad enough that you have to phone in a service cancellation. There's no other way to cancel, and that should be illegal. But today, after trying numerous DirecTV phone numbers, I got the same results. The robot asks for account details, than asks for my 4-digit pass

They won't cancel my account!

I want my account canceled and a final bill. They refuse, and in my opinion they're trying to stall until the next billing cycle which starts April 3, 2023. This company is unethical to say the least. I reported them to the BBB and FCC and advise anyone looking for TV service to shop around, ratings

Poor sound quality on music choice

Used to love listening to the 80s station on music choice, directv satellite, but it seems like in the last month or so, someone has decided to remix all songs and add really annoying echoey sound effects. Please go back to playing the songs as originally recorded!
