Every time I try to register the user id i keep getting an error message MSIDENTITY_009 and i have been trying to do this for two days now. I have chatted with support and they keep saying 48 hours can someone please help me or I will have to get rid of my Directv stream

I have Apple TV and am considering Directv Stream. Will I be able to scroll through the guide in Directv stream using Apple TV and the Apple TV remote? Is there an advantage to using another device or remote for channel surfing?

I really like the experience of using the Gemini Air for watching DirecTV Stream, but the fact that I have to have HDR on or off only is preventing me from using HDR at all because of how it makes SDR TV look on my TV. Any chance we will get adaptive HDR support at some point?  I know it works

DirectTV streaming customer for one week. Successfully set Gemini up along with its remote.  Worked ok until I turned Samsung. TV off.  Unit turned completely off, making me have to start all over with programming.  Any suggestions?

Hi, we recently went to streaming app thru my roku to get rid of the boxes. I clicked record on the app and set it to record the series. But i can find the recording. How do i get them? I dont need to keep any boxes to be able to record shows. Correct?

I have arrangement with Spectrum. But Spectrum is becoming expensive for the seasoned customers, and all it advertises with attractive rates are fake. They increase the cost every year and there comes a time the customers of Spectrum think of alternate providers. Accordingly I am seeking Direct TV.
