i never installed amazon prime video on the directv stick. every time i open up the directv stick,  amazon app keeps opening up.  stream stick wont let me remove the app.  I need help to remove it.

I installed DirectTV Streaming but I can only watch recorded content, not streaming. the TV is in the backyard but I can stream NetFlix, Hulu, AppleTV, etc.
