How do I rearrange my apps on the directv device?

I just received the new Gemini dongle receiver yesterday and everything works fine but I cannot channel jump. In other words I can only change channels with guide or channel lever control. Since I receive my Max subscription through my DirecTV Stream subscription, I am locked into the Ad Free plan (1080/no Dolby Atmos). There is currently no way to upgrade that plan, either through DirecTV or through Max. That needs to be fixed. It’s absurd that we are locked into a mid-level plan. T

I have DIRECTV Stream service and I use the DIRECTV app on my TCL smart TV to watch my streaming channels. The DIRECTV app seems to freeze fairly regularly and once it does none of the buttons on the remote can get you out. How can I force quit the app and restart it?

I am away from home for several weeks, and wish to stop the "series recording" of a particular show. It was possible at home, using the Gemini box, but I cannot find a way to do that via browser access on my laptop, nor via the DirecTV Stream app on my iPad. Thanks for any pointers. Bill Halberstadt
