I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the app on my firetv but I’m not even able to navigate around the direct tv app. I’ve unplugged the tv for 60 seconds, cleared cache, etc. Nothing is working.

I have directv running through my AT&T Air and the mini directv box. It works great.  However,  when I try logging into the directv app on another TV,  it's asking for me to Start FreeTrial. 

Hello, Like many others, I wasn't informed that LG TVs weren't compatible with DIRECTV Stream when I signed up. I'm really disappointed, especially since most other providers support LG.
