Guide no longer working on app

The guide stopped working today on the DIRECTV Stream app on my Sony tv. I have attempted to force stop the app and signing back in but all it says is “No information available. Please try again”

Crackling audio

Directv Streaming with Apple TV problem?

I stream Directv with Apple TV and ATT fiber internet. When the app is first downloaded it works fine. I turn the tv off, turn it on again and the app home page will not let me navigate to the left side menu that contains the search, on-demand, etc. I delet the app, reload it and the sequences start
