Message on initial screen on my tv

All of a sudden I have a screen when turning on my tv (I have Direct TV) that says "Select your experience" It appears to be created by Amazon. It has their insignia on it and suggests "Sign up a free Amazon account". It suggests a "full" or "basic" plan. I cannot use ANY key on my remote to remove

No Floating Window Feature

There are two very important features not offered by DirecTV even though they are offered on all of the other streaming services: 1) There Is no floating screen available. On all other streaming services, you can move to different websites on your phone and still watch the game/show you're watching

Popups added during last update - useless and annoying

DirectTV - please turn off the annoying popups added during the last application updates (Start from Beginning box and Press up for previous channels lower thirds) Both of these options are easily accessible from the menus and frankly not used very often anyway. Stream Recording Issues

I have had DIRECTV stream for almost a year now. One of the consistent issues I’ve had is episodes of shows that I’ve set to record, not recording. I check and reset the series recording to make sure that I’m set to record all episodes, not just new. But they still seem to skip recordings randomly.

Apps volume level Osprey issue

Anyone else notice after they fixed the live tv low volume level on the Gemini box (Osprey) then the volume level when using any app is really low so you have to turn it way up.
