why does my volume keep going on and off?

My posts never go thru. When I click on tags, it crashes and deletes everything.

Why hadn’t it aired on any of the premium channels we have for free in a long time ? It’s a great movie and I’d like to have it on my DVR but look for it weekly and it’s only for rent or purchase now
