Watching U-verse TV

We have UVerse 450 which includes Starz. But when we try to watch a movie through the App on our TV it makes us sign up and pay for a new subscription.  If I go to activate it through the Starz website, it will not take my user ID or password.  We have this problem constantly.  

Add me to the number of customers who can no longer log into the U-Verse app on either my iPhone or iPad. This behavior began after upgrading to iOS 13.5 so it appears something was broken in this upgrade.

I have using this app and watching games for years, now when i try to watch it ask for the tv provider, i select the att uverse then i get An error has occurred https://vlp42880.vci.att.com/sps/authservice/authentication 2021-02-21T01:54:34Z Has anyone else have this problem?

I need a refresher on U-verse tv streams. My $40 a month internet 1000 promo expires next month. Looking online, it appears the best for 1000 may be $60. 300 and 100 are 45 and 35. When I switch my input to U-verse tv it suddenly says “no signal” and has a black screen. Any ideas what might be causing this? (Bill is paid up)
