Watching U-verse TV

Too many letters are missing in the captions, making them illegible. This seems to be happening only on NBC. Curiously, captions are OK when viewing the same show On Demand.

Please do what is necessary to restore our local programming on WFTV channel 9 (1009) and WRDQ channel 27 (1027) and make them available again to your loyal subscribers.
