Picture problems streaming Netflix, Paramount+ and Max

While streaming select shows on Netflix, Paramount+ and Max, the picture is dark and without brightness, color and contrast. I have 2 Hisense TV purchased within the last year. Hisense does not have a fix and I am unable to get help from the streaming companies.

Soundbar disconnects on apps

After a power outage I had to reconnect the soundbar for DIRECTV. Now when I go to one of the apps like Peacock, the soundbar disconnects.
