Upgraded my plan to one with more channels, now I can't see any channels on any of my devices.

Last night I wanted to upgrade my Direct TV stream package to a plan with more channels, but when I paid for the changes to be made and now I get no channels at all. I tried it on both of my laptops and got nothing, I tried it on my Android S21 phone with the app and still got nothing, I tried it on my Direct TV android box and again got nothing at all. I have tried uninstalling the app, clearing the data, clearing the cache, everything. Nothing. No channels. All I get are these errors to say to upgrade my plan, which I don't get cause that's what I tired before everything deiced to just stop working. So what the heck am I doing wrong?

Did you restart you "Directv android box" ?

Yes. I tried restarting the box, with nothing. I tried signing out and in on a bunch of web browsers I had, nothing, I tried my phone with the app and nothing, then I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, did nothing, I tried clearing the cache and other stuff and again nothing. I am on the phone with tech support right now. So I am hoping they can help out with my issue.

Same experience when I upgraded my plan.  The only channels I had were the 4000s.  I got in touch with a customer service and they were able to get it working for me again.  Should really be a smoother transition when you are upgrading.

I've never had an issue when changing packages. The only thing I have to do is restart my Gemini box and Gemini Air and the channels are there.
