Watching on Satellite

Got this service yesterday to be able to stream without leasing a device and it hasn’t worked once. Keeps saying we had an issue retrieving this content on my TV. Service will be cancelled as quick as I signed up.

While trying to turn on my closed captioning by accident I clicked on digital track and not sure how or what service it's supposed to be on. It gives you options from service one through service 6. I'm afraid I'll mess things up if I don't get it back to the service number it's supposed to be. If so
