REGARDING THE CODE 771. THANK YOU, DIRECTV FOR WORKING HARD TO GET THE SAT. CLEARED UP. I DO HOPE YOU HAVE PUT IN AN AUTO SWITCH IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN. I'M 78 AND TV IS WHAT GIVES ME PLEASURE. THIS FORUM WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WISH I KNEW ABOUT IT EARLIER.

Great if you have a Genie but people with HR24s are stuck. For whatever reason I can still watch the Dodgers game in a lower resolution which according to a post on another forum is on the 99 sat.

When trying to watch Reelz, I am told 'Something wrong with this satellite signal... No error message. I am able to stream it. So far, as far as I can tell, no other channels have this issue. James

I see some people are not receiving some channels a town over from me in Elk Grove CA. My problem seems to be some channels I cannot get without streaming and others are ok.  And the ones that stream says you cannot record or move forward/backwards.  Any answers DTV or just another AT&

This started this morning. How many months will we have to go with streaming (which means the DVR is useless for recording)? I pay for CBS and Fox and for months I didn't get them. Hello, Do you have humans and AI searching for the missing coding/wrong coding in wrong place on this update that went so smoothly that all across your client map customers are unable to watch (unless they have a genie and wifi) local channels? Satellite malfunction? Software update? Hacked? 

My channels 6-68 are not working on my satellite. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes and still didn't get a hold of anyone. What is going on?
