Read the bright yellow banner. Directv satellite 99 is experiencing a nationwide outage. We are customers like you on a public forum, we are in the same position as you and have no control over satisfying your needs in a timely manner. In the meantime, you can stream the directv app to watch channels or use the SignalSaver feature on your Genie receiver (if you have a Genie).
There are also SD duplicates of most HD national channels, and these SD duplicates are on a different satellite so they can be viewed.
