Watching DIRECTV STREAM

At $280/mo, why is my picture going in and out Fuzzy to clear? All 6 boxes are hardwired to ethernet for goodness sake.

Direct TV stream boxes C71KW-400. 1000 mbps up / 913 down direct connect to ethernet. There are no internet issues, only fuzzy pictures every 3 minutes. I already shut the entire internet down for 5 minutes and restarted. No help.

This started about 2 weeks ago and nothing changed at that time. It's fine all day long then at night I get this heavily congested message and everything freezes. Is DIRECTV having a buffering issue? None of my streaming services like Netflix or Hulu are buffering, only DIRECTV.

I was so excited yesterday to see the Auto Extend feature show up. Whelp, it failed right out of the gate. I recorded the Denver Nuggets vs Golden State Warriors first playoff game tonight, Saturday 4/6 on ABC. The recording had that new green "+ Auto Extend" flag on it. And yet, with 5 minutes left

How can you pause a program on live tv and then come back to watch it 20 minutes later. It never seems to hold the program. I have never had this issue with other services. We have a Samsung TV with Apple TV. Also, how do you rewind a show quickly.

So we just switched from satellite. Gemini. Everything wired great. Now with this device 4K isn’t working. what’s the deal here? It shouldn’t be this difficult.
