Watching DIRECTV STREAM

When you've FF past the present, all you get is the the twirling circle. Rewinding by any method doesn't work.  Even exiting the page and going back to Library and clicking on recording's white arrow brings the same result. Strangely, even going to Guide and clicking on the live channel calls

Ever since the new version of the app came out I have had issues with the sound when playing back recordings. The recordings will start off fine with the sound although in non HD and then clears about 10 sec later which did not happen prior either.  However; the sound just stops like 15-20 sec

When watching a recorded show and fast forwarding, we frequently get a spinning circle and an error message indicating something about a congested network, then it reverses the recording back to the beginning. No one else is using the Internet. This happens so frequently so that we’ve given up fast

I set up 5 days trial of the my news genre pack just now. It's supposed to be 10 channels of news plus locals only.  But I am seeing way more than 10 channels.  What gives?  And I only see NBC local and Fox.  No CBS or ABC.  It says subscribe.  And upgrade when I click

So sorry I updated DirecTV Stream app. On 2 Samsung TVs. It’s so frustrating — can’t fast forward for rewind without it going all the way back to the start of program. Video quality is much worse. Hard to use menu—if u can even get back to it. we sure miss UVerse!!!

How can I get TCM on direct TV?

Recent software update is slow and not as user friendly as past configuration on streaming service. Was advised to uninstall and reinstall which I did and it did not resolve my issues. what is the difference between u-verse tv and directv stream? should I call back u-verse tv after have been canceled or go to directv stream?

There are times where I select “My Favorites”. Then the message” Looks like you don’t have any Favorites yet.” Need an answer or I’m going to drop Direct Stream…..

Seeing this when trying to login even after going through the recovery process and changed password. Interestingly the other logged in devices haven't auto logged off yet, they continue to run using the old password.  Roku and Chrome especially. Any new logins using either the old or new pass
