AT&T lies
I have made complaints through the office of the President with no help at all. I’m tired of AT&T jerking me around with prices, billing, and poor support. I have been on the phone, on hold. For two hours and 31 minutes. There is no music playing and I have not been able to talk with a living human. I mailed my payment directly to the CEO. He has done nothing with my check. This company bullies people and treats paying customers like criminals. There is no respect for customers.

The ceo doesn’t accept payments so not sure where you thought you sent your pay to.

Would you mail your State Income Tax payment to the Governor?

I understand your frustration and see why you mailed directly to the president. You can only take so much of poor customer service and AT&T seems to do nothing to correct the situation

The Wall Street Journal reported that the CEO made 28 million in salary and bonuses while terminating the jobs of 20,000 employees. So yes, after fighting with several employees at AT&T I sent my payment to the President. Did I forget to tell you they increased my bill by 80% during Covid-19? Did I forget to mention the three tech repair meetings that were missed by AT&T employees? Did I forget to mention that AT&T refused to bury my fiber optic cable because the neighborhood was not wealthy enough? I simply want the CEO to know how his customers are being treated and how these actions appear to the public.

Did we forget to mention that that was not a smart thing to do?
