cancelled u-verse and want pro rated bill

I cancelled AT&T U-verse, land phone and internet service after months of inadequate service. U-verse was off EVERY DAY numerous times as will be indicated on my ATT service record .  ATT could not offer CBS channel in Houston the last month of service.  Ridiculous dispute that should not have affected customers who were paying for that service. ATT simply has outgrown it's customer base and I'm tired paying for something I'm not getting.  
I will not pay this final bill - I cancelled on 12/19/20 and refuse to pay for your idiotic service for 3 weeks thereafter.  Send me a pro-rated bill or nothing!

AT&T does not pro-rate your final bill.  It is stated in the Terms of Service.   You should have kept the service until the end of your billing cycle. 

If you refuse to pay it will go to collections and be reported on your credit report.  Just sayin'....

No provider is immune from disputes.

Tegna couldn't provide that channel, even though AT&T offered to retroactively pay the new rate for the channel once the negotiations were settled.

Why do you think many providers offer to pay "up to X hundred dollars" to new customers?
