I s anyone else having a sound problem with Gemini Air? I keep losing the sound. Turning off, then back on resolves, but this is a major glitch. Hey DTV moderator, any fixes????

Cost and TV good. Customer Service horrible.

Pros: Plans are competive and TV has great picture. Cons: Customer service is bad. Do not start service by calling their marketing department. Sorry if their is a thread on this already didn't see it. So I clicked on my name cause you can add folders now and I added my husband. But now that I have picked my favorite channels it says I have to pick my recordings again. What about everything in our list can I transfer my shows to my folder?
