Why am I till being charged 10 dollars for unlimited cloud DVR storage when it is now included in my package?

Why do you think it's included in your subscription package? The Free Unlimited DVR promotion only applies to new customers after the promotion started a few weeks ago.

When did you activate your DirecTV Stream subscription?

Unless you're a new customer since the promo started, you don't get free Unlimted DVR service. Maybe they'll grandfather in existing customers, maybe not.

Hey JohnG, why don't you let us all know when existing customers (like me) will get the free unlimited DVR? I only signed up for DirecTV Stream in December, just before the promotion started, and have been told I can't get it.

I know the "official answer" for folks like me that subscribed just before this promotion. I just don't like it.
