U-verse TV

I AM IN ROME, GA USA! I KEEP GETTING THE ERROR MESSAGE THAT THIS CONTENT IS NOT AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE US. WHAT IS WRONG??? IT WORKED THIS MORNING AND IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING.

U-verse tv keeps freezing or going to blue screen

Is there a replacement remote for a u-verse TV with large buttons? The AT&T site doesn't have a replacement remote for u-verse so looking for something else that would work.

Recently purchased Vizio TV. When I am watching a recorded program, pause it, turn off TV and come back later it is at the beginning. It either is continue to play or just starting over. I turn the receiver off so I don't see how it continues to play.
