U-verse TV

Has anyone returned equipment for Uverse and been told they have no record of ever receiving it or you requesting the equipment return supplies? this is the 2nd time for me.  

I only need my ID numbers when i go to UPS ?

How often is the data on the Weather on demand channel updated, is it real time or periodically updated?  Are the current conditions in real time?  It seems like the Radar and Satellite videos don't change for at least and hour.  When there is bad weather in the area that is not sufficient.

I was recently looking at my credit report (Transunion) and I have a debt of $309.00 with the description "11 U Verse AT&T collection." I how can I get this removed from my credit report? Please provide me with any information to have this debt removed from my credit report. Thank you.

I activated the card and used it at a gas station and at a market. It has declined all the time...What should I do?

TIVO requires a Cablecard. AT&T doesn't know what that means. Does anyone out there use TIVO and know how to work around this issue? Or, where to obtain a Cablecard?

I got AT&T service (Phone, internet, and Uverse TV) at my current address in 1994(29 years ago). Since that time the 911 addressing system has been implemented and all the addresses have changed. I was able to change my mailing address for billing but there is no way of changing the service addr

Noticing Channel 520 is having a picture and audio problem lately. Like it’s a very low bitrate stream. This is on all of the boxes, and I am not having this problem with any other channel, so I think it might be an AT&T problem. Who can look into this a bit more?
