My downstairs remote always did last 4 channels when pressed, but IDK how I got it to do that.

I have tried to stream TV shows from the ABC and Bravo apps from my phone and every time it connects to my U-verse account, it says I don't have a subscription to the channel which I 100% do as we pay for U-450. What is there to do to resolve this?

I currently have uverse internet with 50/10. that's the fastest speed I can get through att. But everyone else round me has fiber from att. My max attainable download is 130 and up is 25. I wonder if anyone has experienced this problem with remotes for Uverse. My remotes for all TV's initially do not work after I turn on the TV.
