I can't get my rewind to work correctly on my recordings. It pixellates, freezes, audio off, etc. I have had all of my equipment changed: satellite, tower and receiver. Numerous service calls. Anybody got any answers?

Programing a Directv Geni 73 remote for a Bose Soundbar 300
Direct tv settings does not list the Bose Soundbar 300 to program the Geni RC73 remote. It lists a Bose 500,700 and 900. I do not know if one of these would work and do not want to try since it might mess of my remote. Anyone know how to solve this issue? Thank you
