Does anyone know what it takes to get VIP Encoded onto my account ? been a customer since 1995 and have a 5 digit account number to prove it... Any help would be appreciated.

When I’m finished watching a recording and delete it, it still shows in my library. When I try to completely delete it, it locks up my control while it spinning trying to delete it. I have to turn off the tv for 15 minutes before I get back to regular programming. Why does this happen?
