DIRECTV STREAM

I keep getting “looks like something went wrong. We couldn’t set the recording you requested “ from either a live program or the guide  Nothing will record  not great for the first day….  I’m using the Gemini air.

I cannot watch programs on Bally Sports through the DirectTV app. See the channel on the guide, but when I select the program, a screen appears that only offers me the opportunity to restart the program or record. i downloaded the Bally Sports App and can watch the game through that app.   fr

I recently changed from the Gemini device to Gemini air to my Philips 4k tv, but I go to Channel 104 , I get the message that my Philips tv supports 4K, but it's not enabled. I had no problem watching 4k via the Gemini.  Any ideas.
