Watching DIRECTV

I have the $5 Starz package with Directv. Can I watch Outlander on that?

My On Demand is not working, I have had numerous phone calls to Tech Support, been re-booted a couple of times, check wi fi (it's OK) and even had Mas Tech come to the house and installed all new upgraded equipment. Hi, What is the deal with not being able to watch my recorded programs on my iPhone? When I choose a show to watch, all episodes now say DVR only (I can only watch on TV). I am at home on WiFi! Please fix this DIRECTV! Not ok! 

Have very good internet connection using phones data plan. Get error 10006-008 when trying to watch any channel with DirecTV app. Have uninstalled/reinstalled app. Powered off phone. App and phone are updated. Still won't play video. Had no problem playing video with previous version of DirecTV app.

I only pay for direct tv plus. I have been trying to watch my shows on tlc go. I only find myself being able to watch older seasons of the shows. If I try to watch a newer version the link is provided to my account. Do I have to pay a monthly fee for the plus and tlc go?
