So we manage a business account with some 30 receivers installed in a head end. We don't have a stotop box laying next to the TV where we can hit the guide button and search for something. We HEAVILY rely on the online guide to figure out programing and setting channels for out customers. Now some

Direct TV keeps telling my Dad that he can get channel 1960 for Fox Nation that he signed up for however, it does not work. When he clicks on channel 1960 for Fox Nation, it just keeps going back to the channel he was previously on.

My new LG tv is showing no signal when connected to my genie. The genie was working fine yesterday with the old tv. different cord and different ports do the same thing

Telling me that Directv can decide what channels they can air is (Edited per community guidelines). There has always been an expectation with satellite/cable that a customer get their local channels plus many others - which depends on which package you buy.  Directv should dump a bunch of the second
