I have replaced my stereo receiver to a yamaha rxv6-a. At times when powering everything on picture will be choppy but sound works fine changing channels doesn't fix it. Rebooting directv stream box fixes it.

I was told by DIRECTV today that in order to stream DIRECTV 4k channels via Roku I would either have to sign up for DIRECTV stream or have DIRECTV come out and convert my satellite boxes to 4k.
