I live in Anaheim and has never had issues with Dodgers Directv Channel + Channel 690 SportsNet La before. Today both channels are blacked out. Please advise on what to do? Thanks.

The website only says it is available but there is no mention of which package has it and it is not listed in the channel lineup.
