Netflix

I cant find a way to add Netflix thru my Directv Stream account. There is no add on in my account area.

Log in to your account. Go to "Manage TV Package". Scroll to the bottom of page to "Streaming Services". Select add "Netflix" for  $22.99/month.

You have DIRECTV STREAM, the bring your own device (BYOD) version, and not DirecTV via Internet? (both streaming options but with different options).

And are you logging into your account from a computer or mobile device?

Just a couple things I can think of that may affect what you are seeing or have access to.

Sorry, I don't know what to tell you. It is visible in plain site under "streaming services".

Do any errors show on the page?

Different browsers?

Do you already have Netflix?

Clear cache/cookies?

Unclear if this is a computer issue with loading the page or an issue with their account (or at least the website access to it), if not something about their account is not qualified.
