I was told that I could cancel Direct TV whenever I want without penalty this turned out to be false. They are trying to charge me $385. Also I was told I would get a $100 gift card. When I asked about they said I waited too long to claim it. This is very dishonest company

I have a Samsung TV and Samsung remote. When I go to My Library to watch recorded shows, the list of shows appears but when I press select it only gives me the option to delete, not play. I am using the Direct TV Stream app and not the DTV device as that costs more. Is this a Samsung/ DTV app bug?

Works fine in my son’s room. It has been fine for two years and now it’s just stopped working. I can log in but it just takes me to a blank Home Screen and none of the buttons on my remote work.

Is there a way to view direct tv streaming on a new LG tv? I have heard mention of using a Roku or fire stick device— we have never used those devices before and are not sure how they work. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
