remove amazon prime

i never installed amazon prime video on the directv stick. every time i open up the directv stick,  amazon app keeps opening up.  stream stick wont let me remove the app.  I need help to remove it.

Two Homes in Two States

SNY Channel Availability

I live in Princeton, NJ 08540 (Somerset County). The DTV stream channel lineup advertises that I should have channel 639 SNY as part of my Regional Sports Network availability. After multiple calls to customer service and Tech support it seems that this channel is not available. I do get YES and MSG
