Why is closed captioning missing on all NBC DVR recordings? Is there for all other stations and on live NBC.

Why can’t we hear anything on Fox News while streaming in Direct Tv

We use multiple Gemini boxes in the house. We only want CC on one of them. Previously, the setting would persist correctly just on the one box. When watching a channel or on the guide the info of the channel is in such small letters that you have to get up and stand in front of the TV to read it.
