I cannot delete programs from my directv app playlist. When I press delete, it says program cannot be deleted. When I go my DVR list on TV, the program is not on the playlist but still appears on app playlist and cannot be deleted. My playlist does not refresh on the app now either.I also no longer

Last night I rented Fly Me To The Moon and the movie froze up about 40 minutes in. I refreshed my box online and rebooted it manually. I’m still not able to play the movie through. I can start it again, but each time it freezes again the same spot. Can I get a credit back on my account?

a series that was setup for recording starts late and ends before the end of episodes. i want to extend the length of the record time but cannot find series recording management that was easily found before the recent controls change.
