Watching on Satellite

Hello! For some reason the directv was working fine but none of the channels showed up, just was a black screen. At first I turned it off then back on, didn’t change anything. When it was letting me go through the channels it was low quality for some reason, like 144fps or something. I clicked reset

Our screen now says ALL RECORDINGS - This is where your recordings will show up. Press MENU on your remote to find where live shows you want to record, and press the R button to record something. It’ll be there, ready for you to watch anytime! Nothing there and where to access anything. All 5 tv set
