Watching DIRECTV

I have an Internet connection but I'm unable to watch on demand programming. I have a Genie.

 I live in Evangeline Parish near the small Saint Landry, LA community. (area code 71367) Our DTV weather channel 362 has option to check your local daily forecasts and current radar. As of today, Sunday, it shows current day is Friday and the radar image has not changed in days.    &

I cancelled DirecTV (on 8-30-24) due to a lack of accurate info from both Pauline and Kessani. Neither of them disclosed that the 8-30-24 Padre vs. Rays game (which did NOT show up on the programing on 8-30-24) had been nationally blacked out. If they had, I would have understood and hung up. The enhanced menu Pop-up notifications are unwanted. How do I disable these messages - annoying, unwanted, and they disrupt functionality. 

Which HEDR format Does DirectV use? Is it HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision?

When I use the jump back function (the button with the reverse semi circle arrow) my show freezes for a few seconds. This just started yesterday and it’s a big deal for me as I use it often. Any ideas?

Is there a way to select My Teams under the sports central? The old menu let us select our favorite teams so it was easier to see when they play.

When I try to delete a recording I get "please wait" and it locks out my remote to where I have to turn off my TV. Please help

Picture comes in and out on my favorite channels but not on all channels. I checked all plugs. I read directions to turn it off at the green button but mine is blue. I unplugged it for 30 seconds and it still does it!

I have Peacock TV with my Xfinity account. Can I access it on DirecTV without buying a separate (second) subscription to Peacock TV?
