Watching DIRECTV

Hi, newbie to Direct TV using ATT internet. using Direct gemini hdmi connection on an "older" samsung smart(ish) tv unit. trouble shooter program say all ia a ok. did the reboot thing a couple of times, but out of sync exisites on all channels. kind of annoying to say the least. help. Tks.

Scoreguide doesn't work on any of the ESPN channels on my Genie Gen 2 receiver. It does work on my wireless video bridge. It works on all the other sports channels. at least once every hour my screen goes black and I get a message "waiting for receiver signal" and then everything comes back and is fine for a short while. My DVR recordings are cutting off the final 20 minutes. If it's a 1 hour show, when I get to the 40 minute mark it brings up the question if I want to keep or delete, what you typically see at end of a recording. Is this a known issue? Any way to fix? Thanks
