My roku remote is not letting me select guide in the directv streaming app. This is happening on all of my devices. I see similar posts but no solutions are posted. How do I fix this?

We just got DIRECTV streaming. One of the TVs connect via box and another via a fire stick and the channels starts at 2. Our third TV is a Samsung so we are connecting via the DIRECTV streaming app and the channels start at 1000. How do I get the Samsung TV to also start the channels at 2?  We

Pressing DOWN on the roku remote use to bring up the guide. However that stopped working as of this morning.  Directv App Build 3750102 Version 3.34.   Now to get to the guide you have to hit the Back button, then select guide (multiple button presses).
