Cloud dvr

I can't see any of my recorded shows on my tv with the cloud dvr. It comes up with a opps something went wrong!!! I can see it on my laptop but not on my roku tv.

I can't watch any of my recordings either. Same error "Oops something went wrong". Restarted system to no avail.

Contact support and request them to reset your account.

I don't think contacting support is going to change anything, I have the same issue, apparently, they have a problem they are aware of, at least that is what the notice says when you try to watch a recorded program.

Others have been reporting the same error, and requesting an account refresh seems to have resolved the issue. Roku devices are fine on my end.

There is definitely something going on.  I just finished watching a recorded show and I cannot delete it.  Tried to start watching another recorded show, the first time, it wouldn't even open, a few minutes later I was able to start watching a new recording, but still cannot delete the watched show.

@van863 you are doing better than I am, can't delete the watched show and can't watch anything else in the dvr cloud

All my cloud recording that I have checked are working correctly. Tested using Roku, Fire Stick, Chromebook, tablet, and phone. Deleting has always been problematic.

How is resetting an account the issue?  Is every user going to have to ask for a reset?

DVR playback works using Direct TV app on iOS devices, but not on Roku.

All I can say is that several other users the last couple of days have reported the same, similar issue and requested account resets. They reported success after the reset.

As for recordings, mine are working fine on multiple different streaming devices. Ant issues with DirecTV appear to not be universal.

@JenMic according to support, they are aware of the issue and working to fix it, affects almost all DirecTV stream customers
