Anyone here a new customer?? I signed up on 2/13/22, was told unlimited cloud but it’s showing only 20 hours. I’ve spoken to about 6 people and no one can help and actually last person said the site was incorrect and it was never offered!!! 

I noticed that my subscription fee increased $65 to $75. I would like to know why and would like to change plan To basic $65.
