Watching New York Locals in Connecticut

I have direct tv stream, called and asked them how I could watch New York Channels in CT. They told me to change my zip code and it should work, but when I try it says that it’s already using my billing zip. Any ideas how I can do it?

Purchasing movies or entire seasons of tv shows?

New Direct TV Stream user here. I don’t have Direct TV cable..just the stream. Anyway, I was curious if I have the ability to purchase movies or entire seasons of tv shows to permanently add to my library? If so, where’s the link to do that? Thank you!

Signed up for directtv nfl stream but account doesn't seem to exist

Hey everyone, I just signed up for the one week trial nfl stream and i have two confirmation emails as well as an account number and a confirmation number and a date when I will start getting charged.But when I try to log in my login/password combination doesn't work. If i try to reset either one

I can not recover my logon ID using my account number

I am on the DTV Stream account page. I cut and paste my account number into the recover your logon ID.  DTV Stream responds "Account not found".  Really.

Can't Power On

My streaming box nightmare, any DTV reps available to help

I signed up for DTV streaming about 6-8 months ago. I bought the device outright.  It failed after a week, then found out it wasn't a new one.  They sent another that was supposed to be new, but it failed after about 2 weeks.  I sent it back to get a refund and just use my ROKU.
